A noir story about Pchhikago town, whose inhabitants get sick rapidly. The situation is complicated by Kagocel's disappearance from everywhere. Who is behind this? The mayor? His people? Criminals? Agent 20 (Satyr) and Agent 10 (Yushkevich) take the case. They have to find a villain named Mope and save this sneezing city.
